Håvard Larssen is a technology leader and CTO with experience building and scaling technology startups across education, healthcare and enterprise software.
His expertise spans software architecture, cloud infrastructure, systems integration and the development and deployment of scalable digital solutions. He brings a hands-on approach to the work, connecting programming and architectural decisions with the organisation’s goals and the experience of its users.
Håvard’s approach draws on open-source technologies and decentralised architectures, with an emphasis on making sophisticated systems accessible and efficient to use. Alongside project delivery, he has developed a personalised coaching framework to help leaders understand AI and make informed choices about its implementation.

Håvard’s coaching connects the underlying technology with implementation: understanding AI infrastructure, assessing tools, deploying applications, integrating systems and managing cloud-based services. Sessions are shaped around your organisation’s context and the decisions you need to make.
The aim is to build the understanding and confidence to question proposals, assess dependencies and guide implementation. Where useful, sessions include hands-on exploration of a relevant tool or workflow.
